AI Transparency Notice

Notice : This English version is provided for translation purposes only. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the Thai and English versions, the Thai version shall prevail.

This Artificial Intelligence Transparency Statement applies to services provided through the TREEGAL application (including the name KODM.AI) (“Application”), which is developed and operated by T.N. Digital Solutions Co., Ltd. (“Company”).

1. Use of Artificial Intelligence in Service Provision

The TREEGAL application utilizes Artificial Intelligence (Artificial Intelligence: AI) as part of its service provision. Such systems are implemented across various functions of the application to support the processing of user instructions, search, analysis, and the presentation of legal information.

The services that incorporate Artificial Intelligence include, but are not limited to, explanation of legal provisions, language translation, retrieval of Supreme Court judgments, content summarization, and preliminary legal issue analysis.

In this regard, the application may utilize services provided by third-party technology providers for the provision of Artificial Intelligence models, including but not limited to:

  • OpenAI (United States)
  • OpenRouter (United States)
  • Google (United States)
  • The Beijing Academy of Artificial Intelligence or BAAI (People’s Republic of China)
  • xAI (United States)

User input data may be transmitted to such providers for processing in accordance with the purposes of the services.

In using such services, users will interact directly with Artificial Intelligence systems and/or receive outputs generated by such systems. Such outputs are automatically generated through the processing of the aforementioned Artificial Intelligence models and may not be subject to human review in all cases.

The use of Artificial Intelligence is intended to enhance service efficiency and facilitate user convenience. However, such Artificial Intelligence systems do not constitute professional legal advisors and should not be interpreted as providing formal legal advice.

2. Functioning of the Artificial Intelligence System

The Artificial Intelligence systems of The TREEGAL application operate by receiving input from users, such as text, instructions, queries, documents, or image files. The system then processes such input through relevant AI models in order to generate outputs in various forms, including summaries, explanations, translations, or search results of relevant information.

The system’s processing relies on machine learning techniques and/or Large Language Models, which have been trained on large datasets to enable the system to analyze, understand, and generate content in accordance with user instructions.

In this regard, the system may utilize Information Retrieval methods in conjunction with AI model processing to retrieve relevant information, such as legal provisions or Supreme Court judgments, and incorporate such information into the generated outputs.

The outputs generated by the system are based on probabilistic processing, which relies on patterns in language and available data. As a result, such outputs may contain inaccuracies, be incomplete, or not fully consistent with factual information in certain cases.

3. Scope of Capabilities of the Artificial Intelligence System

The Artificial Intelligence systems of The TREEGAL application are designed to support users in accessing, analyzing, and understanding legal information. Such systems are capable of performing various functions, including summarization, explanation of legal provisions, language translation, retrieval of relevant information, and assisting in preliminary legal issue analysis.

These capabilities are intended solely to facilitate access to information and support general understanding. They are not intended to provide legally binding determinations or conclusions.

The system does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of the outputs for all situations and is not capable of considering the specific facts of each case in a manner equivalent to a qualified legal professional.

Users should use the outputs as supplementary information only and should not rely on such outputs as their sole source of legal information or advice.

4. Limitations and Risks of the Artificial Intelligence System

While the Artificial Intelligence systems of The TREEGAL application are developed to enhance efficiency in processing and presenting legal information, such systems are subject to certain limitations and risks, which users should be aware of and consider when using the services, including but not limited to the following :

  • Inaccuracy : Outputs generated by the system may contain errors or inaccuracies in certain cases
  • Incomplete Information : The system may not retrieve all relevant information or may omit certain material details
  • Lack of Contextual Accuracy : The system may not fully capture or assess the specific facts and circumstances of each individual case
  • Interpretation Risk : Explanations or summaries of legal information may differ from interpretations provided by qualified legal professionals
  • Over-reliance : Reliance on system-generated outputs without further verification may result in risks in decision-making

In addition, outputs generated by the Artificial Intelligence system may be automatically produced and may resemble existing sources or may not clearly reflect the underlying sources in all cases.

Users are advised to exercise their own judgment in evaluating the outputs and to verify information with reliable sources before use, particularly in matters involving legal decisions or situations with significant consequences.

5. Human Oversight

The TREEGAL application implements an appropriate level of human oversight over the operation of its Artificial Intelligence systems in order to support the accuracy, appropriateness, and reliability of its services.

Such oversight may include system design and improvement, defining the scope and limitations of AI models, monitoring system performance, and incorporating user feedback to continuously enhance and refine the services.

However, certain aspects of the application’s services may be processed automatically by Artificial Intelligence systems without human review at every stage or in every instance.

Accordingly, users remain responsible for exercising their own judgment in reviewing and evaluating system-generated outputs prior to use, particularly in cases involving legal decisions or matters with significant impact.

6. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for using The TREEGAL application appropriately and must exercise their own judgment in evaluating the outputs generated by the Artificial Intelligence systems prior to use.

Users should not rely solely on outputs generated by the Artificial Intelligence systems as a source of legal information or advice and should verify the accuracy, completeness, and suitability of such information with other reliable sources, particularly in cases involving legal decisions or actions that may have significant consequences.

In addition, users must not use the Artificial Intelligence systems in any manner that is unlawful, contrary to public order or good morals, or inconsistent with the intended purposes of the application. Users must also refrain from using the outputs in any way that may cause harm to other individuals or the public.

7. Improvement and Development of the Artificial Intelligence System

The TREEGAL application may continuously improve, modify, or develop its Artificial Intelligence systems in order to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and appropriateness of its services.

Such improvements may include, but are not limited to, updates to, replacement of, or changes in the Artificial Intelligence models utilized by the application, modifications to processing methods, the addition or removal of functionalities, as well as changes to the nature or format of the outputs generated by the system.

Users acknowledge and agree that such improvements or changes may result in alterations to the characteristics, behavior, or outputs of the Artificial Intelligence systems, without prior notice in all cases.

TREEGAL will undertake such improvements and developments with due consideration to service quality, reliability, and user experience.

8. Use of Data in Artificial Intelligence Systems

In providing the services, the Artificial Intelligence systems of the TREEGAL application may process data input by users, such as text, instructions, documents, or other usage-related information.

The Company would like to inform you that such data may be transmitted to third-party technology providers who supply Artificial Intelligence models for the purpose of processing user requests and generating outputs.

The Company will select such service providers with appropriate data security standards and will implement measures to safeguard user data.

The Company will not use user data for training Artificial Intelligence models unless explicit user consent has been obtained or where permitted by applicable law.
